Welcome to Part 31 of our small animal riddles series! Today's riddle features a creature known for its many legs and venomous bite. Let's see if you can guess what it is from the clues below:

  1. In front, there are venomous pincers, 
    前有毒夹, 
    qián yǒu dú jiā,
  2. at the back, there is a tail, 
    后有尾巴, 
    hòu yǒu wěi bā,
  3. the whole body has twenty-one segments, 
    全身二十一节, 
    quán shēn èr shí yī jié,
  4. do not touch it at any cost.
    千万不要碰它。 
    qiān wàn bù yào pèng tā。

  • 前有毒夹 后有尾巴,
    qián yǒu dú jiā,hòu yǒu wěi bā,
    The first two lines, "前有毒夹,后有尾巴," describe an animal with venomous pincers at the front and a tail at the back. This creature uses its pincers for both defense and hunting.
  • 全身二十一节,千万不要碰它。 
    quán shēn èr shí yī jié,qiān wàn bù yào pèng tā。
