What does it mean?

zhè shì shén me yì sī ne ？

The idiom is from a classical Chinese book, which literally means that it is not too late to mend the sheep's pen after the sheep has escaped. It is a metaphor for trying to remedy a problem after it has arisen, so as to avoid further losses.
该成语出自中国古典书籍， 字面意思是指羊逃跑了再去修补羊圈,还不算晚。比喻出现了问题以后想办法补救，避免继续遭受损失。
gāi chéng yǔ chū zì zhōng guó gǔ diǎn shū jí ， zì miàn yì sī shì zhǐ yáng táo pǎo le zài qù xiū bǔ yáng juàn , hái bù suàn wǎn 。 bǐ yù chū xiàn le wèn tí yǐ hòu xiǎng bàn fǎ bǔ jiù ， bì miǎn jì xù zāo shòu sǔn shī 。
